On Sunday 6th September 2026, at New Park Farm in Rockhampton, get ready for a day of speed, excitement and spectacular creativity! The Berkeley Soapbox event brings together daring teams, homemade racing machines and plenty of competitive spirit for a thrilling ride down the track.
With no engines—just gravity, creativity and a healthy dose of courage—teams will take to the track in their homemade soapbox racers, competing for glory while raising vital funds for good causes.

Experience a 500m private road descent with jumps and water splashes. Perfect for family fun. Refreshments available. Teams of six, pre-race dance routine required. Fancy dress encouraged.
